Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, ‘Genetik Verilerin İşlenmesinde Dikkat Edilmesi Gereken Hususlara İlişkin Rehber‘i güncelledi.

Ekim 2023’de yayımlanan, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu değişikliği sonrası Nisan 2025’te güncellenen Rehberde, özel nitelikli kişisel veri olarak kabul edilen genetik verilerin işlenmesinde göz önünde bulundurulması gereken hususlar ayrıntılarıyla ele alınıyor.
